We use the secure online payment system provided by WorldPay. Payment can be made by the following Credit/Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Switch or Delta.


Customers can also pay via cheque, this process takes longer as we wait until payment has been cleared before despatching the order.


All orders are accepted by us on the understanding that the terms and conditions have been understood and accepted by you.


The Company reserves the right to alter prices in the case of official revaluation of sterling or unforeseeable market fluctuations. Prices are also subject to alteration in Tax, Import Duty or VAT. VAT varies as some products are zero rated, and others are rated at 20%. VAT invoices are available on request.


All orders are sent by an insured carrier and require a signature on receipt. They can be despatched on any day Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.


With our FREE DELIVERY service your order will usually be delivered within 6 working days from receipt of order or you can specify a week ending date.This applies to individual orders only. Business accounts please telephone our sales team on 0113 259 5191 to arrange a delivery schedule

Mainland UK includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Mann and Isle of Wight.


Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, UK islands and Northern Ireland may take up to five working days.


We can deliver to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or overseas but there is an additional delivery charge. Please telephone our sales department for a quotation.


To help us deliver your parcel please ensure that the address, postcode and telephone number of the recipient is correct, as additional charges will be made for re-delivery. The carrier or ourselves cannot be held responsible if the parcel has been correctly delivered to the address given but is not the intended recipient.


Once the goods have been despatched due to the Data Protection Act we cannot redirect for any reason to an alternative address.


Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.


In the unlikely event of non-availability of items, substitution of goods may be made with similar or greater quality and value.


All offers are subject to stock availability.

You will receive a postcard containing the delivery details and a contact number if needed.


If you fail to contact the carrier or us within 8 days the goods are returned to us, any further redelivery costs, will be incurred by you.


We are not liable for loss, which might result from delayed delivery from any carrier by an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Receivership, Administration, or any other cause beyond our control.


If the recipient fails to make contact in 8 days as stated on the postcard you will receive, the goods are returned to Festival Foods Ltd and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.


Any disputes which we are unable to resolve, will be subject to English Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.


We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to us in writing or by email within three days of receipt, quoting the information on the delivery label.


Our liability in any circumstances and whatsoever the consequences, relating to any parcel ordered is limited to the invoice value of the parcel itself.


Persons must be 18 or over to purchase items which contain alcohol.
