What are your delivery charges?

Our standard delivery service is FREE for the UK mainland. UK mainland is England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. If you are looking to deliver a gift on a next day service or overseas please contact us on 0113 2495191 for a price.


Can I send a hamper overseas?

Yes, we can deliver worldwide, so please contact our sales team on 0113 2495191 for further advice and a price for the delivery.


Can I add a message to my hamper?

Yes, the message and sender's name will go on the address label of the hamper.


What if I can't see what I want?

We can create bespoke hampers for corporate orders for any occasion or budget. Call our sales team on 0113 2495191 to discuss.


Can I pay with a cheque?

Yes, we accept cheques but the hampers are not despatched until we have cleared funds in our bank account.


What happens if my gift is damaged?

If it is obvious that the gift is damaged when the carrier tries to deliver it, please sign for it as damaged and refuse it and contact us straight away. If you find a damaged item when you have the gift, please telephone our helpline on the advice card so we can take the details.


What is the Advice Card?

We send a card out in the post before the gift is despatched to let the recipient know that a gift is on its way. This has our helpline telephone number on the sender's details and a tracking number for the parcel.


Can I have a discount?

Yes, if you are looking to order five or more hampers please telephone us so we can discuss a discount for you.
