Responsibility/Claims
Orders are accepted by us on the understanding that the terms and conditions have been understood and accepted by you. No employee of the company has any authority to vary these terms and conditions other than in writing.
Orders received are not subject to cancellation or sale or return. If no postcode has been supplied, we reserve the right not to be hold responsible for late or non delivery.
Please make sure all addresses are accurate and include the postal town and postal code, together with the recipient’s telephone number.
Our service is limited to delivery to the building, not individual recipients.
Our liability, in any circumstances and whatsoever the consequences, relating to any parcel ordered is limited to the invoice value of the parcel itself.
We shall not be liable for loss which might result from delayed delivery from any carrier.
No responsibility can be placed on us due to the consequences of floods, strikes, labour disputes, riots or civil disturbances.
We will not accept responsibility for delivery dates if the time chart schedule requirements are not met. We will not be responsible for referring late orders back to customers.
All individual addresses due to receive a parcel will receive a postcard. The quotation of our enquiry number from this card is a condition before any rectification of a problem can be undertaken.
Claims for damages must be notified to the office and also the carrier within 3 days of the date of delivery. Goods must be retained for inspection. Claims for damage or shortage can only be entertained if the carrier sheet has been signed accordingly.
Alleged non arrival must be confirmed in writing before any replacement can occur.
Due to the time limit on keeping by our carriers, we cannot provide proof of delivery facilities or accept responsibility for asserted non delivery after 3 months from receipt of order.
Prices quoted, Credit Terms and other changes
Where no postcode is provided or the address is inadequate in any way, all costs of replacement or response are for the buyers account.
The Company reserves the right to alter prices in the case of official revaluation of sterling or unforeseeable market fluctuations. Prices are also subject to alteration in Tax, Import Duty or VAT.
For approved credit accounts, our terms are net 28 days. We reserve the right to charge interest at the current rate on overdue accounts.
Credit facilities may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Samples requested will be charged for at the prices shown in the brochure.

In the unlikely event of non-availability, substitution may be made to either the content or the whole hamper with goods of equal quality and value.
Items are intended for consumption over Christmas and early New Year period. All best before dates which need to be shown will cover, at least, the first week in January.
Plates and any other props shown in the photographs are not included.
All offers are subject to stock availability.
